Marketing feats: dog food seller ate only dog food for a month

The CEO of Muenster Milling, a pet food and treat company, Texan Mitch Felderhoff believes in his product so much that he is ready to feed on it himself. And not in words, but in deeds.

Mitch decided on a unique experiment – for 30 days he gave up completely human food and decided to eat only dog food, of course, produced by his own company.

The first days of such a diet were not easy for him. The food was too unusual. To overcome himself, Mitch even had to periodically starve. But when the psychological barrier was passed and the feeling of hunger took its toll, canned dog food became commonplace. And by the third week, the new diet was going with a bang, without causing any inconvenience. But, as Mitch admitted, at that time he still really missed the taste of ordinary human food.

So at the end of a month of experimenting, he rewarded himself with a large portion of pork nachos and stuffed jalapenos.

By following such a diet for a month, Mitch proved to the buyers of Muenster Milling that their company really produces high-quality and safe feed. And Mitch’s colleagues noted other positive aspects – he lost weight, and, as some have noted, the hair on the gourmet’s head became thicker. Now some people joke that it’s strange how, after such a diet, a man is not completely covered with fur.

Nice experiment, isn’t it? Perhaps all manufacturers should make it a rule to test their products on themselves?

We will remind, earlier we talked about what foods can not be eaten by men, as well as how the pudding in the form of a dog was served in a Liverpool restaurant and what came of it.
