Low blood pressure during pregnancy in the 1st trimester: what to do for the expectant mother
The norm for the expectant mother is slightly low blood pressure in the first months of pregnancy. - feeling of nausea and constant or abrupt onset of weakness;
- drowsiness even after a good night’s rest;

- darkening of the eyes and dizziness;
- ringing sensation in the ears;
- fainting condition.
When such signs are present, it is necessary to quickly stabilize the performance using only safe means. These include sweetened black tea with lemon, fresh parsley, tomato juice, a small cup of coffee, and a piece of chocolate.
Stress must be avoided. If you feel unwell, lie down and gain strength. When there is low blood pressure during pregnancy, the doctor should tell you what to do. Do not take any medication on your own without prescribing it, so as not to harm yourself or your baby.
If hypotension becomes a constant companion of pregnancy, it is worth revising the daily routine and habits. First of all, they adjust the diet, planning a balanced and vitamin-rich diet, quality rest. Be sure to include long walks in the daily schedule.
