Losing weight by summer: 10 rules for a perfect body

My immersion in the world of healthy nutrition is coming to an end under the guidance of the #Sect curators. The main task of the seventh week was to find reasons to be proud of yourself every day. Each report had to start with the words “I am proud of …”

What was I proud of? The fact that 90% switched to a new diet. I manage to cook delicious meals for myself with ease. I’m starting to love my reflection in the mirror. Despite the fact that on the 7th week I even had a slight weight gain, still 6 kg have already been lost!

The second task was to empower us with the powers of a curator for one day. We took turns looking at each other’s diaries, analyzing the food of like-minded people. My watch was on Friday. I found it terribly difficult to analyze. But the girls did just fine. It was clear from our comments that we had already been able to assimilate the basic information about the correct regime and nutrition, about useful combinations of products. I want to share with you the principles that I strictly follow.

1. Morning. It should start with a glass of water and oatmeal – to wake up the body, gently start the digestive organs. This is followed by a light workout. On days when I’m completely lazy, I only do the bar.

2. Three carbohydrates. In the morning, you need to eat three carbohydrates. The first is simple (oatmeal or buckwheat in water), the second and third are with vegetables. Vegetables are fiber, which helps to digest and assimilate what is needed and remove unnecessary from us.

3. Fruit. If you want fruit, then ideally – half an hour after the first carbohydrate. If sweet – then in the morning between carbohydrates.

4. There are often. The portion should be about the size of a glass. Intervals – no more than 4 hours. This will prevent you from feeling hungry and will prevent the body from storing fats.

5. Water. Even children know about this: you need to drink a lot of clean water – a guarantee of an excellent state of the whole body.

6. Diversity. From personal experience, I can say that waffles ask for in your mouth when you eat the same food for several days in a row. Variety is the key to the body receiving all the necessary substances and constant irritation of the taste buds, which sends harmonious signals to the brain that everything is in order.

7. Exercise stress. Any love.

8. Balance. Carbohydrates, proteins and fats should be present.

9. Self-love. No matter how the day goes, you need to praise yourself and fall asleep happy.

10. Delights. Make yourself a yummy day. You will know to eat fries or cake, but on Sunday! Psychologically, many people find it easier to follow the regime.

The support of my family is important to me. They eat oatmeal, vegetable soups and pies with me. They resigned themselves to the fact that I began to bake buns and cakes three times less often. It is also very motivating that jeans become loose. Clothes have become one size smaller.

Overall result: -6 kg.
