Allocating hands to the side on the lower block is the technique of the exercise:
- Stand in front of a cable machine. Take a pen in one hand as shown in the figure. The second hand put on a belt.
- Back straight, feet shoulder width apart. This will be your initial position.

- Slowly lower the handle down on the inhale.
