The average daily calorie content is 1920 Kcal.
The Kremlin diet is the most popular in Russia, Europe, and the American countries (in other countries the Kremlin diet has different names – but the effect is the same). This diet is preferred by both glamorous divas and prominent politicians – it is clear that according to the recommendations of their nutritionists – which speaks of its effectiveness.
In particular, the diet of American astronauts – physical activity is extremely low in space – is formed in accordance with the principles of the Kremlin diet. The similar Atkins diet basically contains the same approach to weight loss as the Kremlin diet.
The Kremlin diet is based on the principle of minimizing the intake of carbohydrate food in the body – in all forms. The body, in the absence of carbohydrates in food, after 12 hours will use up their supply in the RNA of cells and transfers to maintain vital activity on fat reserves – from deposits in the subcutaneous layer. By the same principle, the camel synthesizes water – only the diet has a different purpose. In view of the fact that the food will be significantly less than the norm of carbohydrates and fats, their deficiency will be replenished with vegetable fiber, vitamins of fresh vegetables and proteins. For more accurate calculations, nutritionists of Western diets keep track of the carbohydrate balance in kilocalories – and this is quite difficult – even for the same product, the processing conditions change the energy value (for example, frying and steaming). In contrast to theirs, the Kremlin diet for obesity is somewhat less accurate – but at times simpler – the balance is recorded in points according to the tables of the Kremlin diet products or according to the Kremlin diet recipe calculators (download the Kremlin diet table – use the Kremlin diet calculator for any recipe).
The red border of the Kremlin diet – 40 points – it is extremely undesirable to cross this border – then, in fact, weight loss will take place. If this recommendation of the Kremlin diet is followed, a loss of up to 5 kilograms of weight is guaranteed in 7 days. After losing weight to the desired result, the allowable number of points will be 60 – the weight will remain unchanged. If the number of points exceeds 60, then the person will gain weight. In the table of the Kremlin diet for each product, points are determined that reflect the energy value of this product, taking into account the content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in it (for example, for 100 grams of sugar, the number of points is from 96 to 99,9, which more than doubles the daily value of the permissible points).
The Kremlin diet alone does not belong to the category of fast ones. But, strictly following her recommendations, any person will intensively lose weight. The second plus of the Kremlin diet is that there is no strictly defined menu. You can eat anything you want, but not exceeding 40 points.
Although you can include any food in the diet of the Kremlin diet, essentially the limitation on carbohydrate points for a long period almost completely deprives you of sweets, confectionery and a number of other foods. All balanced recipes for the Kremlin diet include the overwhelming majority of proteins and low-fat foods. The second drawback is that when drawing up the menu, a table of the Kremlin diet is required (although a large number of ready-made menus have been developed). The third disadvantage is that the Kremlin diet is contraindicated for people with chronic diseases – consultation with a doctor before a diet is highly desirable in any case.
Although the diet is the most popular, when creating your own menus, you must additionally take into account the calorie content – for example, beef, pork !!!, hard cheeses and even lard !!! have a zero score for carbohydrates, although their calorie content is quite high.
