Ibiza celebrates with the arrival of autumn, a new gastronomic days where the island’s cuisine will be the protagonist of the event.
A total of forty restaurants from all over the island have signed up for the autumn edition of the Ibiza Flavor, which will run from October 15 to November 30.
The gastronomic event is an initiative of the Consell de Ibiza, and has the participation of the Tourism Promotion Foundation, and its main objective is to help spread and of course, pay tribute to the flavors of the land and local products.

Another way to discover the traditional gastronomy Ibiza will be the possibility of tasting the reduced option of the menu through a Tapa accompanied by beer or wine for the fixed price of € 5.

The participation of the whole family and especially of the little ones of the house will be represented in the workshop day on Saturday, November 19, where the children will be able to attend a hilarious meeting to learn how to make Flap, the delicious Ibiza cheese cake.
Íñigo Rodríguez, chef of the Hotel Pachá restaurant, will be the conductor of the activity that will surely excite or entertain later producers and tasters.
Participation in the conference will be rewarded by the organization with many prizes and competitions for lovers of gastronomy.
