I really want to eat, but there is still no dinner: baked potatoes will help out

Everyone has come across such a situation – they want to eat so much that it seems that they don’t have enough strength to cook. Catch a recipe made up of simple and satisfying foods. It will take nothing to cook!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 5 pcs.,
  • Soft butter – 100 g
  • Parmesan cheese – 5 tbsp l.
  • Sour cream – 1 Art. l
  • Ham – 200 gr.
  • Garlic – 3 wedges
  • Chopped parsley – 3 tbsp. l. 3 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Quickly wash the potato tubers. Place in a saucepan.

2. Pour water into it so that the potatoes are slightly covered. Cook until tender.

3. Meanwhile, while the potatoes are boiling, make the garlic oil. To do this, mix the butter, cheese, sour cream, chopped parsley and garlic, add pepper and salt to taste.

4. When the potatoes are cooked, turn on the preheat oven, drain the water and cut each potato in half (lengthwise). 

5. Grease a baking dish and place the potatoes in it.

6. Spread garlic oil on each potato and place in an oven preheated to 250 degrees. Cooking for 10-15 minutes.
