Have you ever created a huge spreadsheet in Word, when all of a sudden it turned out that the rows needed to be swapped? Luckily, rows within a table are very easy to move up or down using a simple keyboard shortcut.
Place the cursor in any cell in the row and click Shift+Alt+Up or Shift+Alt+Downto move the stack up or down.
The line is selected and moved.
You can use the same trick to move paragraphs up and down. Place the cursor in a paragraph and hold Shift+Alt+Up or Shift+Alt+Down. The paragraph is now selected and moves like a row in the table before.
The same can be done with items in a bulleted or numbered list.
