Pomegranate sauce is an exquisite seasoning that is served with meat, fish dishes and salads.
Basically, pomegranate sauce is a highly concentrated pomegranate juice with a small amount of spice added. A real sauce should not contain any preservatives and have a thick consistency like sour cream. You can buy pomegranate sauce in any supermarket, but like any hand-made product, it cannot be compared to a store one.
Pomegranate sauce not only gives an additional taste to meat and fish dishes, but also makes them more beautiful, and also promotes better assimilation, especially of meat.
The process of making pomegranate juice resembles the preparation of jam or jam, when the berries need to be boiled for a long time, then rub through a sieve to obtain a homogeneous thick mass.
In addition to the fact that pomegranate sauce gives a unique taste to dishes, it also has a number of useful properties. Everyone knows that pomegranate surpasses all known fruits in its biological activity. In terms of iron content, no other fruit can compare with pomegranate juice and sauce, respectively. Pomegranate also contains a large amount of potassium, which has a positive effect on the functioning of the cardiovascular system.
