Express diets are not designed for a long time because they are based on a drastic restriction of food and often poor diet – for example, low proteins. Salad diet is based on carbohydrates, while those who are not able to mute the hunger permanently.
A big plus of diet with salads is cleansing of the body due to a large amount of fiber. With a three-day diet, you can lose up to 5 kg – and it would be appropriate before an important event to which you want to look your best or just if you decide to move forward in losing weight.
As on any diet, on a salad, you should drink at least 2 liters of water a day, and more is better – herbal teas, black and green. It is advisable to give up salt; salads can be refilled with lemon juice, herbs, and spices. But if you have any chronic disease of the digestive tract or disorders of digestion, it is better to refuse such a diet.
Day 1 – Carrot
The first-day salad diet is dedicated to carrots and carrot salads. You do not have to eat only raw carrots – boiled, steamed or fried can also be fine. Fill carrot salad is olive oil or lemon juice: no mayonnaise, heavy cream, and sour cream.

Day 2 – Greens

The last salad day Express diet plan – beet. Beets perfectly cleanse the intestines, heals the body, and improves skin, hair, and nails. Beet is useful in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Beets can be eaten raw, baked, or boiled. The beet salad can add nuts or some raisins.
