How to lose weight before your wedding

Before the most important day of your life, every girl wants to look her best! Often, nervousness before this important event causes stress to jam. Pre-wedding low-calorie diet

It is designed for 3 days:

1 day-drink 2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. For breakfast, drink a glass of skimmed milk with a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa and honey. The first snack is grapefruit. For lunch, eat 200 grams of boiled chicken breast and 300 grams of fresh vegetables. For the second snack, drink a glass of low-fat unsweetened yogurt or kefir. For dinner, drink a broth of vegetables with the addition of sauteed onions.

Day 2-2 grapefruits or milk with cocoa and honey are allowed for breakfast. For lunch, eat vegetable broth and a glass of yogurt. And for dinner-200 grams of boiled low-fat chicken or fish, plus fresh vegetables.

Day 3-start with water on an empty stomach and skip breakfast. For lunch, eat 300-400 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and a glass of low-fat kefir. For dinner, prepare lean meat or fresh vegetables.

Pre-wedding diet for a flat stomach

To reduce the belly before the wedding, you should adjust the diet so that no product that gets into your body will cause negative consequences – bloating, fermentation, pain, constipation, or flatulence.

What can I eat? Vegetables, chicken, turkey, chicken protein, garlic, low-fat dairy products, lean meat, fruits, berries, plenty of water, herbal teas.

You can, but in small quantities: olives, olive oil, avocado, almonds, peanuts, spices, honey, fruit and vegetable juices, coffee, sour cream, butter, cheese, sauces.

You should strictly exclude fat meat, blue cheeses, fast food, pastries, alcohol, and sweets.

Avoid salty, fried, and spicy foods. Do not eat vegetables that cause bloating: legumes, cabbage, onions, do not drink carbonated drinks.

Drink decoctions of herbs speed up digestion and relieve flatulence: chamomile, mint, lemon balm, fennel.
