Before the wedding, one of the X’s tasks is to achieve the right size to look spectacular in a wedding dress. This is not an easy task, but with a competent approach, it is quite doable.

No need to console yourself with the fact that you are losing weight for the wedding for your future husband, for guests, for a dress…. You are losing weight only for yourself and your health. Do not allow your body to be poisoned with “junk food”: junk food, GMO foods and preservatives. And if you already got down to business, then do not give slack! Only 30-40% of success depends on the doctor and a well-written diet plan, the rest is your desire, will and current state of health.

It is best to start losing weight 3-4 months before the event. For this period, it is important to connect aerobic loads, they are also cardio loads: long-distance running, swimming, walking, cycling or stationary bike, rhythmic gymnastics, stretching. It is not necessary to go to the fitness center; to achieve the desired effect, it is enough to walk in the fresh air, every day, taking a hundred steps more.

Everyone has heard about two liters of water drunk a day. But here, too, not everything is simple. There is a formula by which the actual amount of liquid you need is calculated. For every kilogram of body weight, 30 g of water is needed. It turns out that a girl weighing 90 kg per day should drink about 2,7 liters of liquid and nothing less.

Why are the wrong diets dangerous?

Just going on a diet – drastically reducing the amount of food you eat – is the most dangerous thing you can do for your body. Such “hunger games” run the risk of earning serious metabolic disorders, which can take years to fight.

It is very bad when the bride, a month before the wedding, sits on a low-calorie, low-carbohydrate protein diet, the so-called “drying”. That she is actually being dried, she herself does not understand! Yes, the unfortunate centimeters from the waist and hips really go away. But this happens due to the elimination of excess water, since 1 g of carbohydrates retains 4 ml of liquid. But after the wedding, the saddest thing begins: girls begin to rapidly gain weight, even from oatmeal. Experienced nutritionists advise not to go on rigid diets, and also not to use auxiliary drugs for weight loss: dietary supplements, herbal pills, decoctions and teas, capsules and others. Such manipulations with the body cause incredible harm to it and are fraught with even the loss of female functions.

Universal recommendations for healthy weight loss

There are general rules, following which you can instill a love of proper nutrition without a nutritionist and begin to gradually lose weight.

· No need to overeat! After eating, there should be a slight feeling of hunger.

· You can eat after six. You cannot eat before bed 4 hours before. And the main thing is to control the calorie content of products and volumes: a portion of dinner should be half as much as a portion of lunch or breakfast.

· It is impossible to lose weight without water. Drink plenty of fluids and remember that water is exactly water, not coffee, juice, tea and other drinks.

· Breakfast is the main meal. And it must be balanced: consist of complex carbohydrates (porridge), proteins (cottage cheese or an egg) and necessarily fats, for example, nuts.

· Stick to fractional meals. This is the key to a perfect figure and well-being. Eat small meals 5-6 times a day.

· It is better to plan dinner from protein foods and vegetables, except for potatoes: it takes moisture on itself, which you do not need at all!

· If you are actively involved in fitness, do not forget to replenish the body with energy. For this, the following products are suitable: kefir, nuts, honey, muesli, fruits and fruit juices, protein shakes (but not powdered ones).

· Drink 1 glass of clear, still water before meals. Do not drink water with food, as this is bad for the digestive system.

· Don’t torture yourself. Healthy food doesn’t taste bad. Add different spices to taste, try different recipes, experiment with dishes and have fun.

· Dilute your diet with different dishes. The garnish is not only buckwheat and oatmeal, but also rice, durum pasta and coarse wheat bread. And soup is not only chicken broth, but also lentil soup, mushroom, pumpkin, onion, celery, pea … Choose what you like.

· “Love” the oven. If food can be cooked in it, do it. Form a positive habit for life, then the figure will thank you.
