How to lose 5 kg in a week on a dairy diet

Milk is a source of calcium, vitamins A, B, C, D, E and many other minerals. Dairy products have a positive effect on our digestive system, and therefore losing weight with milk is comfortable and effective.

The dairy diet lasts only one week, while it is quite diverse, the only exceptions are fatty and flour products. The result of the diet is weight loss of up to 5 kg.

Monday to Thursday for breakfast it is recommended to eat 250 grams of feta cheese, mozzarella or feta, low-fat yogurt with honey.

 

Friday start the day with a glass of skim milk with cocoa and honey if desired, citrus fruit. For lunch – meat with lemon and herbs, for a snack – yogurt with honey. You can dine with unsalted vegetable broth and boiled vegetables. Before going to bed, you can eat another yogurt with honey.

Saturday there is no breakfast as such, you should drink as much drinking water as possible. For lunch, prepare a glass of grapefruit juice, after an hour, drink a glass of milk with honey and cocoa. Snacks – yogurt with honey, and for dinner, eat 200 grams of baked fish and a salad of fresh vegetables.

Sunday meals look like this: for breakfast, drink half a liter of water, a glass of grapefruit juice, skim milk with honey and cocoa. For lunch, eat 200 grams of lean chicken or turkey and a green vegetable salad. Dine on a vegetable salad with olive oil and baked potatoes. You can also indulge in low-fat yogurt with honey before bed or between meals.

Besides the slimming effect, milk will also help to tidy up your appearance. Dry hair will be saturated with moisture, the nail plates will be strengthened, the skin will acquire a healthy color.

Who is not allowed:

A dairy diet for weight loss is contraindicated for people with lactose intolerance, stomach ulcer or gastritis in the active stage. Like any diet, dairy shouldn’t be uncomfortable, so listen to your body.
