Increase your protein intake
After carbohydrate and fatty salads, snacks and desserts, it’s time to remember about proteins – they will return satiety and make the body work to lose weight – it takes more time and energy to digest proteins, which means more calories are spent. Plus, your muscles without training and an active life need protein replenishment.
Drink water
Stop drinking alcohol and constant holiday dehydration. Remove excess diuretic coffee and resume the habit of drinking at least 2 liters a day. Studies have shown that consistent consumption of clean, non-carbonated water contributes to greater fat burning.
Don’t throw fats
Just change the harmful mayonnaise for olive, coconut oil, include nuts, avocados, salmon in the diet. It is impossible to completely deprive the body of fats, the only condition is that all fatty foods consumed must be healthy. This is especially important for women, because without fats, the normal condition of the skin, hair and nails will be impossible.
Keep calm
Quite simply, learn to calm your emotions and not succumb to stressful situations. And if it’s in your power, then just keep them to a minimum. When our body is under stress, the hormonal background changes, the level of cortisol rises and inevitably there was a breakdown of the entire system, and metabolism and slowing down of fat burning processes too.
Sleep long and sound
Do everything in order to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day, and this sleep should be in silence and darkness – then your body will rest as much as possible and it will be easy to give up fat reserves. Try not to eat a few hours before bed – this will also have a beneficial effect not only on the dream itself, but also on your figure.
Don’t eat convenience foods and processed foods
Buy and cook only source products. For example, not sausage, but meat. The simpler and more original the product, the better. And everything that is packaged and seasoned, flavored with chemical additives and preservatives, it is better not to buy.
