How to drink raw eggs

It has always been believed that the less thermally processed a product is, the more useful it is. Is it really?

It is believed that paying attention to such food is necessary for those who want to build muscle mass, because egg white is ideal for sports nutrition. Regular consumption of raw eggs has a beneficial effect on the activity of the stomach, heart and vocal cords. In case of gastric ulcer, it is useful to drink raw protein, as it envelops the mucous membrane.

But you should always take into account that there is a risk of contracting salmonellosis or bird flu. It all depends on the level of sanitary control at poultry farms. All birds are supplemented with antibiotics to kill pathogens. But no one wants to eat foods loaded with antibiotics.

Therefore, it is always recommended to drink village eggs, despite the fact that half of the poultry suffers from various infectious diseases.

The eggs are well protected from the ingress of pathogenic bacteria inside:

  • there is a thin antibacterial film on the outer surface of the shell. For this reason, eggs intended for storage should not be washed;

  • it is not so easy to get inside through a dense shell. At the same time, the shell of poultry eggs is more durable;

  • there is also a special protective film on the inner surface of the shell.

It is not easy for bacteria to penetrate such a barrier. But before use, you need to wash the shell well with hot water. If there are cracks or spots on the shell, it is better to refuse such a delicacy. The shell must be free of any defects or damage.

First, you can only eat fresh eggs. If they are more than a week old, they should not be eaten raw. You can focus on the marking on the shell if you trust the manufacturer. Alternatively, you can check the freshness of an egg at home: just dip it in cold water. If the egg floats, it is stale. The fresh egg will sink to the bottom of the container.

It is recommended to drink eggs half an hour before meals in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you don’t like this delicacy, you can beat the egg until smooth and mix with fruit or vegetable juice. You can add sugar or salt for flavor.

Only chicken or quail eggs can be drunk raw. Children under seven years old should not be given raw eggs. Babies are often allergic to this product.

You can eat raw eggs, but whether it is necessary, everyone decides for himself. If your answer is yes, just try to wash the egg well before using.
