How to cook the juiciest cutlets (life hack)
 

Usually, the pulp of white bread soaked in milk or broth is added to minced meat for cutlets. So the cutlets become juicy. But there is a life hack that will make them even more juicy, softer and even useful. 

When preparing minced meat for cutlets, add to it:

  • grated zucchini
  • and whipped yolk.

Do not be afraid that the zucchini will somehow overpower the meat taste, the zucchini itself does not have a pronounced taste, therefore it will “accept” the taste of meat by giving the minced meat its juice.

In addition, the zucchini and egg yolk will perfectly hold the minced meat ingredients together. And plus to everything, they will also significantly reduce the calorie content of the dish.
