How to cook charlotte: instructions for beginners
 

Charlotte is the simplest pie that all young housewives start with. Apples and biscuit dough are all the ingredients of this pie.

And even if it is very simple and without various frills, this cake will bring a lot of pleasant minutes and impressions over a cup of tea in the circle of loved ones.

You will need: 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3-4 apples.

Process: 

 

– Divide the eggs into whites and yolks;

– Beat the yolks with half the sugar into a fluffy mass;

– Beat the whites with the second half of the sugar until stable peaks;

– Sift flour and mix with baking powder;

– Gently mix the whites with the yolks, add flour, mix gently;

– Peel and cut the apples;

– Preheat the oven to 180C, grease the baking dish with butter;

– Put the apples on the bottom of the mold, pour the dough evenly over;

– Bake for about 20 minutes, check the readiness of the charlotte with a toothpick, piercing the pie in the center, if the toothpick remains dry, the pie is baked.
