- boiled eggs with white shells;
- a bunch of spinach.
Grind the spinach with a blender into a gruel, add a little water to make the mass come out more liquid. Put the boiled eggs in a saucepan with spinach, bring to a boil, boil for a minute, turn off and leave the eggs to cool right in the saucepan with the broth. Wipe the cooled eggs with a napkin.
