“You need to undergo a diagnosis of drug intolerance according to Ado,” explains the director Tatiana Sadchikova. “To diagnose drug allergies, a test for inhibition of the emigration of leukocytes is used, which is based on a change in the migration of neutrophils upon contact of the oral mucosa with an allergen.”
“Rinsing test” was developed by Academician A.D. Ado. In simplified terms, the analysis to determine the reaction to any drug is as follows. The patient is asked to rinse his mouth with a weak saline solution, then he spits everything into a special cup, and the doctor looks at the leukocyte cells under a microscope. After that, the patient is invited to rinse the oral cavity with a weakly diluted medicine and also spit it into a glass. And then the doctor examines the sample once again under a microscope. If the leukocyte count is exceeded by more than 30 percent, it is concluded that the patient is allergic to this drug.
Only one study with one drug and one concentration can be carried out on one day.
The test is effective for both true and pseudo-allergies!

On the day of the test, if possible, it is necessary to exclude the intake of antihistamines, dietary supplements, herbal preparations. During the test, it is forbidden to eat, drink, smoke, take medications.
