Put the salmon heads on a board, cut in half, remove the gills.

Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the skin and cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and grate the carrots. Place the potatoes, tomatoes, onions and carrots in the broth. Then add the salmon fillet, cut into pieces, pepper and salt. Cook for 20 minutes after boiling, then wrap the pan with the ear in a blanket and leave for half an hour.
