How to make onion sauce
1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Put the onion in a heated stewpan, drizzled with oil, smooth over the entire surface of the stewpan.
3. Put tomato paste, sugar, salt in a deep plate.
4. Put the fried onions in a plate, chop the sauce with a blender.
5. Wrap bay leaves and dried herbs with gauze and put in a saucepan.
6. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and boil until thickened for 5-7 minutes.
7. Pour the onion sauce into a gravy boat and serve hot or cold with fried meat and vegetables.
How to peel onions
1.Cut off the root of the onion with a knife.
2. Cut off the top.
3. Remove the onion skins with your fingers – the onion is peeled when all the visible top leaves of the onion are white.
4. If the onion is spoiled in places – cut out the spoiled parts with a knife.

How to cook onions with milk and honey
1. Peel the onions, wash, cut into two parts – to facilitate cooking.
2. Divide the head of garlic into cloves, peel each one.
3. Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan, put onions and garlic.
4. Cook until the onions and garlic are tender.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of honey.
6. Stir the mixture, grind to a state of gruel.
