How to cook fresh squid
1. Rinse the squid, cut off the skin from the outside and inside of the carcass and fins with a sharp knife.
2. Boil water, add salt and spices.
3. Put the squid in a saucepan with water, cook for 1-2 minutes, depending on the size.
Deliciously cooked fresh squid
The first 3-4 hours after catch is the best time to cook fresh squid. This is very tender meat, which, due to its freshness, is enough to boil for 1 minute.
