5. Pour oil into a thick-walled saucepan, heat over medium heat until bubbles form.

 

6. Add wood mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.

7. Add seasoning for Korean carrots to mushrooms, pour 100 milliliters of hot water, after boiling, cook wood mushrooms for 5 minutes.

8. Put sugar, salt, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce to the wood mushrooms, hold on the burner for a minute.

 
 

Pork with wood mushrooms

Products

Pork (pulp) – 400 grams

Dried Black Tree Mushrooms – 30 grams

Onions – 2 large heads

Carrots – 1 piece

Starch – 1 tablespoon

Leeks – 1 piece

Ginger – 15 grams

Green onions – bunch

Chili pepper – 1 pod

Vegetable oil – 30 milliliters

How to cook pork with tree mushrooms

1. Pour dried wood mushrooms with warm water for 1 day.

2. Rinse the pork in cool water, cut into 3 cm wide pieces.

3. Peel the garlic, ginger and chop finely.

4. Peel carrots, onions, cut into half rings a few millimeters thick.

5. Wash and chop the leeks, green onions.

6. Wash the chili pepper pod, peel it from seeds, cut into small squares half a centimeter wide.

7. Dilute the starch in a little cool water – about 2 tablespoons.

8. Drain water from woody mushrooms, rinse them under running water, cut into strips centimeter wide.

9. Pour oil into a thick-walled saucepan, heat for 5 minutes over medium heat.

10. Put ginger, garlic, chili pepper, a third of green onions in heated oil, fry for 3 minutes.

11. Add pork to the spices, fry for 5-7 minutes, until most of the moisture evaporates.

12. Add onions, carrots to the meat, fry for 7 minutes.

13. Pour soy sauce into a saucepan with meat, simmer for 3 minutes.

14. Add the remaining green onions, leeks, salt, sugar, diluted starch, stir and wait until boiling.

15. Put wood mushrooms with meat and vegetables, mix, cook for 7 minutes.

16. Pour sesame oil a minute before tender.
