Cut the potatoes into cubes and pour them into a saucepan with boiling water. While it is cooking, we make a golden roast of carrots and onions in a frying pan with oil. Then we drain the liquid from the jar with saury and carefully knead the pulp with a fork, leaving a few pieces to serve. When the potatoes are cooked, put the vegetable roast and saury in a saucepan, bring the soup to a boil. Now we salt and pepper it to taste, keep it on low heat for another 5 minutes. At the end, add the chopped greens and bay leaf, cover the pot with the soup with a lid, let it brew for 10 minutes. Before serving, garnish each plate with large pieces of saury and chopped green onions.
