Animal shaped cookies with carob
Healthy and tasty cookies in the shape of animals.
:
½ cup almond paste
50 g of tahini
70 g ghee
100 g of coconut sugar
2 tbsp honey
300 g wholemeal flour
100 g oat flour
25 g carob
Vegetable milk 100 ml
Animal cookie cutters
- In a large bowl, mix carob, flour and coconut sugar.
- Add almond paste, tahini, melted ghee, honey and vegetable milk.
- Knead a sticky dough.
- Roll out the dough on the table and cut out with animal shapes.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Vegan cake pops
Delicious lollipops without chemicals and animal ingredients.
:
½ cup coconut flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp vegan protein
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup syrup (Jerusalem artichoke or maple)
80 g chocolate
5 tsp coconut oil
Candy sticks
- Mix coconut flour with cocoa, protein, almond milk and syrup.
- Add 30 g of melted chocolate and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil.
- Roll into small balls.
- For frosting, mix 50 pieces of melted chocolate with 3 teaspoons of coconut oil.
- Put each candy on a stick and dip in the icing. After that, it can be decorated with sprinkles, cocoa powder or crushed nuts.
- Leave the cake pops in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve.
Chocolate cocktail
Homemade vegan shake with a delicate creamy taste.
:
500 ml almond milk
3 frozen bananas
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp peanut butter
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Done!
marzipan candies
Rich marzipan in a light chocolate glaze.
:
300 g almonds (lightly roasted)
10 tsp powdered sugar
70 ml water or almond milk
2 tsp lemon juice
180 g dark chocolate
- Grind the almonds to a state of flour in a blender or coffee grinder.
- Add powdered sugar, water or almond milk and lemon juice. Mix everything until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Form small balls and dip each candy into melted chocolate.
- Homemade marzipan in chocolate is ready!
