harmful products

Appreciate your health, try to understand which foods are better to refuse and why. Just think, every time you eat one of these unhealthy foods, you shorten your life by a few hours.

What are we eating?

The modern diet is so desperately lacking in nutrients compared to the diet of our ancestors. How so? With the development of technology, most of the products produced are genetically modified and processed. As busy people, we are starting to rely on instant food. We spend less and less time preparing fresh food.

Even the foods we cook in our sophisticated kitchens are losing the nutrients and enzymes our bodies crave.     acid-forming food

When we eat acid-forming foods, they acidify our blood. Acidic blood is thick blood, slow moving blood with reduced efficiency in carrying nutrients to every part of our body. Acidic blood is adored by a myriad of harmful organisms (bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeast, etc.). Over time, they contaminate organs with toxins and cause other health problems.

What are acid-forming foods?

Some examples: animal protein, dairy products, deep-fried foods, cooked foods, processed foods, fatty foods, medicines, flour and sugary foods (e.g. cakes, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, etc.), artificial food additives (eg, emulsifiers, colors, flavors, preservatives, stabilizers), soft drinks, and alcohol. Plant proteins can also be acid-forming, but they are more easily digested than animal proteins.

These foods should be eaten in limited quantities, giving preference to alkalizing foods (fruits and vegetables). If you know you have thick blood, try reducing your intake of acid-forming foods and increasing your intake of alkalizing foods to reverse your health problems.

Some of the unhealthy foods we eat are even considered healthy. Read the truth.   Pasteurized milk and dairy products

Pasteurized milk is obtained by heating milk to a temperature of 160 degrees and above. This leads to a change in the milk protein (casein), it becomes inorganic and cannot be assimilated by the body.

When this protein cannot be broken down, it weakens the immune system, causing allergies and many other problems such as asthma, nasal congestion, skin rashes, chest infections, higher blood cholesterol, increased risk of heart disease, and stroke.

Many babies have died from cow’s milk allergies. Pour the milk down the drain, it’s better than feeding it to your baby.

When you consume cow’s milk, it causes excessive mucus production which will affect your lungs, sinuses and intestines. Not only that, the mucus also hardens to form a coating on the inner wall of the intestine, resulting in poor absorption of nutrients. This causes constipation and can lead to many health problems.

Imagine how milk affects the baby. No wonder asthma and bronchitis are so common among young children! It’s all because of the mucus that forms in the small lungs!

Sally Fallon put it this way: “Pasteurization destroys enzymes, reduces vitamins, denatures brittle milk proteins, destroys vitamin B12 and vitamin B6, kills beneficial bacteria, promotes pathogens, aggravates cavities, causes allergies, colic in infants, growth problems in children. , osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease and cancer.”

Nature made sure that mothers could breastfeed their children. But in today’s society, mothers are too busy and forced to resort to cow’s milk, raising generations of sickly children who have weak immune systems. If we use cow’s milk for calcium, we are wrong. Cow’s milk is not a good source of this mineral. Milk (and dairy products) are acid-forming. When the body receives acid, it tries to balance the acid balance by taking calcium away from our bones. Over time, more and more calcium is actually pulled from the bones and eventually leads to osteoporosis. Choose the best sources of calcium from seeds, nuts, and crunchy vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and cauliflower.

For infants, if breast milk is not available, it can be replaced with goat, rice or almond milk.

Carbonated drinks

If you drink carbonated drinks regularly, you could be doing yourself a big favor by gradually eliminating them from your diet, the sooner the better. A bottle of soda contains up to 15 teaspoons of sugar, 150 empty calories, 30 to 55 mg of caffeine, and harmful artificial food colors, flavors, and preservatives. All this with zero nutritional value.

Some sodas masquerade as “diet” drinks and contain dangerous sweeteners such as aspartame. Numerous health problems are associated with aspartame use, including brain damage, diabetes, emotional disturbances, decreased vision, tinnitus, memory loss, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, and more. This short list should be enough to show you the dangers of this diet soda ingredient.

Another way for carbonated drinks to “disguise themselves” is through so-called energy drinks. Energy drinks can give you an energy boost when consumed, but it won’t last long. Indeed, when the effect wears off, you will feel a loss of energy and begin to crave another jar. It becomes a vicious circle and eventually you are hooked.

The sugar content in carbonated drinks is too high and leads to many health problems. What’s more, when you consume too much sugar, your appetite is suppressed. This leads to nutritional deficiencies.

Medications

Yes, unfortunately, if you take any medication, it causes oxidation and thickening of the blood. Then you will be prescribed another blood thinner, but it will give you stomach ulcers. Then you will be prescribed another drug to treat the ulcer, which can lead to constipation. And when you are constipated, it will cause a host of other health problems as it indirectly weakens your liver. Your immune system will be at risk.

Other diseases that may occur are diabetes, high blood pressure, poor circulation, high cholesterol, fungal infections, etc. Then you keep taking more and more medication for each of these problems.

Do you see a vicious circle?

Talk to your doctor about reducing your medication intake, although some doctors fail to think along these lines because they don’t understand the natural healing paradigm. Take control of your own body and your own health! Start by eating more alkalizing foods.   Sugar

Carbohydrates are the source of our energy. We meet our carbohydrate needs by consuming complex carbohydrates from whole foods: whole grains, vegetables, beans, and fruits.

However, with the development of technology, man has learned to extract sweetness, devoid of nutrients. Refined sugar is deadly to humans because it contains no vitamins or minerals, making it empty.

Concentrated sugar in any form—white sugar, brown sugar, glucose, honey, and syrup—causes a rapid rise in blood sugar levels. If this sugar is not required by the body, it is stored as fat. These concentrated sugars are almost completely devoid of beneficial nutrients.

When blood sugar rises, the pancreas releases insulin into the blood. Insulin is a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels. When we consume a high glycemic index food, our body responds to the increase in blood glucose by producing more insulin than it needs.

As a result, blood glucose levels drop too low for a short period of time, causing you to feel hungry again. When you respond to that hunger by eating the same high glycemic foods, it creates another round of insulin swings.

Over time, this leads to a reduction in the body’s ability to respond to insulin, developing a condition called insulin resistance. When this happens, the glucose level in the circulatory system remains constantly high. The pancreas reacts by producing more and more insulin in an attempt to normalize blood sugar levels until it is unable to do its job. This can lead to very severe long-term damage to the body.

Some of the common health problems that are associated with it are: insomnia, obesity, diabetes, PCOS, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, cancer.

Don’t be fooled by the idea of using artificial sweeteners. They mainly contain aspartame, which is even more merciless than your table sugar. Stevia is a much healthier alternative.   Salt

Table salt (sodium chloride) creates innumerable physical problems and suffering. Yes, the body needs salt (sodium), but it must be ingested organically to be beneficial to health. Table salt, sodium chloride, is an inorganic compound that combines sodium and chloride.

It is an extremely toxic product for the body that causes the body to retain fluid. Excessive salt intake thickens the arteries and increases the risk of strokes and heart failure.

This increases the rate of functional kidney damage. Sodium chloride leaches calcium from your bones, which is excreted in the urine. This leads to the early and painful development of osteoporosis, thinning and brittle bones.

white flour products

All useful substances (bran and germ) are removed from the flour during processing. Flour is also bleached with a deadly chemical called “alloxan”. This bleach destroys pancreatic beta cells, leading to type 2 diabetes.

Finally, some synthetic vitamins (carcinogenic – cancer-causing) are added to foods and sold to unsuspecting consumers as “fortified.” White flour causes blood sugar levels to rise faster than refined sugar.

Intestinal infections are a direct consequence of the consumption of white flour products. Mixed with low quality rice flour, the mixture does not contain fibers and nutrients necessary for a growing body.

Be careful with foods made from flour, such as bread, cakes, pancakes, pasta, etc. If you can’t help but eat them, eat them in small amounts. “Foods” made from flour have no nutritional value at all and will do more harm to your body than good. Combined with sugar, baking is the perfect combination for all kinds of degenerative diseases.

Wheat bread has recently been introduced as a “health food”. Don’t be fooled. Studies have shown that wheat is contaminated with mycotoxins. When you consume large amounts of contaminated starchy foods, it can be fatal or cause rheumatoid arthritis, miscarriages, headaches, infertility, slow growth in children, and intestinal problems. Moreover, wheat quickly turns into sugar and accelerates aging in people with a low metabolic rate.   Meat products

We are taught that meats that are high in protein and iron are good for us. However, most mass-produced meat today, be it chicken, beef, pork or lamb, is loaded with hormones. These hormones are used to escalate the growth of animals and increase the amount of milk they produce.

These hormones, which contain estrogen, have been found to be associated with breast, uterine, ovarian, and cervical cancers, as well as endometriosis in women. In men, hormones cause prostate and testicular cancer, loss of libido, impotence, and breast enlargement.

Antibiotics are also widely used in raising animals to prevent infection and to promote growth, all in the name of higher profits in the shortest possible time. Diseases of the digestive system are directly related to the consumption of meat. And, more importantly, meat increases the risk of heart disease and stomach and colon cancer.

If you are forced to eat meat, try to avoid beef and pork and consume no more than three servings of meat per week. The best choices for protein are beans, lentils, tofu, and whole grains. Try to eat organic whenever possible. But remember, most of us are more at risk from too much protein than too little. Excess protein is one of the contributors to osteoporosis and many other common health problems.

Studies of excess protein intake have shown a marked increase in acid load on the kidneys, an increase in the risk of stone formation, and a decrease in calcium associated with the risk of bone loss.

Another reason why we should avoid meat is the stress it puts on our digestive system.

Vegetable oils

Polyunsaturated oils, which include vegetable oils such as corn, soybean, linseed, and canola, are beneficial on their own. However, when they are made into cooking oils, they become toxic. For a long time, cooking oils have been mistakenly viewed as a healthy choice, but experts have already pointed out that this is a fatal mistake.

Once refined and processed, these beneficial oils are oxidized to form trans fats and free radicals (a process called hydrogenation). True, coconut oil, which was not previously considered healthy, is the best choice for cooking. Unlike most unsaturated oils, coconut oil does not become toxic when cooked.

Other alternatives are fresh, raw olive oil, suitable for light sautéing or stewing, and grapeseed oil, suitable for long-term cooking.

Fast food

While many of us know that fast foods are unhealthy, we don’t know if they are bad enough to stop eating them. We spend our hard-earned money on products that are killing us and then spend our savings on medical bills.

We believe that the main danger is that fats at high temperatures produce carcinogens. But that’s not all.

Scientific studies have shown that there is another cancer-causing compound called acrylamide, which is present in foods cooked at high temperatures even without the use of fats.

While the safe limit for acrylamide in food is ten parts per billion, french fries and potato chips are more than a hundred times the legal limit for acrylamide!

Acrylamide is formed when foods that are brown are either burned or cooked with a lot of heat. These methods include frying, barbecuing, baking, and even heating in the microwave.

If you must cook food, steam or blanch it. Thus, the products will not contain oxidants that poison your body.
