In a situation of crisis or difficulty such as the one we are experiencing due to the threat of Coronavirus, it is normal to feel difficult emotions. It is normal to feel fear for oneself or for loved ones, feel anxiety by anticipating possible scenarios, concern for them, anguish o Confusion. Therefore, it is important that you do not judge yourself for feeling them, that you do not amplify them, or deny them as if they did not exist.
It is important to attend to all these sensations so they can be accepted and trafficked for later, to be able to elaborate them. We must find the calm that helps us to be connected to ourselves, that helps us to take care of ourselves.
Going through difficulties with self-care and kindness will be crucial to be able to connect with your own internal resources. All of them necessary to be able to get the positive side of the situation, learn from it and come out stronger.
