The arrival of the pandemic Covid-19 has radically changed the duel as we knew it until now. Joining the social drama of the thousands of deaths caused by the coronavirus are families devastated by the impossibility of seeing and saying goodbye to their loved ones.
This situation supposes for some people a intense mourning, an immense prolonged suffering that, at times, puts their physical and mental human capacity to the limit, being able to exceed them and lead to a depression, anxiety or in another type of disorder.
And it is that the immense pain of the loss is joined by a lot of thoughts and feelings that have remained pending and generate guilt, impotence y rage. A pain and accumulation of sensations that can drown us. And that suffocation occurs because the great love we feel for our loved ones has been retained and repressed.
If you are going through this situation, this guided meditation exercise It will help you overcome grief and transform those feelings into a feeling of deep peace. Something difficult to explain but that you can possibly experiment with this practice. We wholeheartedly hope that you will help you cope with your grief.
The practice has been designed by Úrsula Calvo, director of the Úrsula Calvo Center and creator of the solidarity movement #MeditaEnCasa, which with it aims to help families devastated by the loss of a loved one they have not been able to say goodbye to, to overcome their grief and transform those feelings into peace and acceptance.
