Green concealer: how to apply? Video
Women, seeing in the store a mysterious tool called “concealer”, often do not know what it is and how to use it. Therefore, this type of agent is bypassed by their attention.
Green concealer: how to apply?
The word “concealer” or corrector for the face refers to a number of concealers that do not eliminate the causes of skin imperfections, but quickly and effectively hide them from prying eyes. Concealers are used after applying your usual moisturizer and before applying foundation, although they can be used over the base as well.
Using a green concealer on your face
Because the concealer contains a range of antiseptic and drying agents, it can help soothe skin, relieve swelling and inflammation, and mask unaesthetic blemishes, acne and blackheads. Green concealer has a healing effect – for example, a remedy with tea tree oil is applied to clean skin as a point, fifteen minutes before makeup. But oil is not the only active element of this type of product; other nutrients and useful substances are also present in the modern cosmetic industry.
To mask age spots and freckles, concealers with a dense creamy consistency or stick pencils are traditionally used
Concealers also help to hide redness, vascular network and burst capillaries on the skin of the face. Green concealer neutralizes red color, so it can easily mask acne, irritation, allergic reactions and just too bright blush on the cheeks.
How to apply green concealer correctly
Apply the green concealer correctly to your eyelids and around your eyes, over the cream or gel you usually use. Cover only the reddened area or pimple with concealer, gently blend the edges to smooth out the color transition, and top up with your foundation to hide the green tint of the product.
Applying a small amount of powder at the end of your makeup will keep the green concealer in place for longer and prevent smudging.
Also, instead of a concealer, you can use a green primer – a translucent makeup base that allows makeup to stay in its original form for a long time and masks redness on the skin no worse than a concealer.
The green concealer has also proven itself in masking mimic wrinkles. Since a thick foundation clogs up the folds of the skin and makes them look even more pronounced, you need a product with a light and soft texture. This product is a concealer containing reflective pigments. The light green shade of the concealer will successfully hide fine expression lines in the corners of the eyes and on the lower eyelids.
