Recipe 1: ginger and citrus
For preparation you will need: green tea, fresh ginger, cinnamon stick, honey, mint leaves, black pepper, grapefruit and lemon juices. We take a ginger root about 5-10 cm per liter of water, which must first be peeled, cut or grated. First, cook the ginger for about 10 minutes, then add a pinch of black pepper, cinnamon and mint to the water. After a couple of minutes, remove from heat and filter. First add green tea leaves to the resulting broth, a little later – for sweetness, taste and additional benefit, add a couple of tablespoons of honey, the juice of half a lemon and one whole grapefruit. By this time, your entire home will be filled with invigorating, “sunny”, warm aromas, which, like ginger tea, will help you quickly cope with a cold.

In the end, you can add a little lemon or orange juice (freshly squeezed) for the aroma. Then remove the tea, cool it and filter it again. You can drink it both cold and warm.
