How to make a fruit wrap at home

You can do any of the fruit wraps yourself at home. To do this, the fruit must be crushed, after having done an allergy test, and combined with heavy cream, olive oil and natural essential oils, depending on the desired effect. Before applying the mixture, the skin must be peeled or steamed in a sauna, so that more active ingredients can penetrate the skin.

Apply the resulting mixture to the thighs, buttocks and abdomen and wrap these parts of the body with cling film. Lie in bed under the covers for 25 minutes, after which the mixture can be washed off.

If you have any health problems, be sure to check with your doctor. In other cases, when carrying out fruit wraps, do not be afraid to experiment. Whichever fruit you choose to wrap, delicate skin, relaxation and great mood are guaranteed to you!
