First, prepare thin, sharp knives. In addition, it is great if you have special knives for carving or curly cutting in your arsenal.
Remove the pitted center from apples and pears. To cut them quickly and evenly into slices, use a special tool. Fan the wedges on a plate.
Another way to beautifully cut apples and pears is the following. Cut the fruit into quarters (after removing the core). Now take a slice in your left hand, squeeze it with your palm and make cuts first from one side of the quarter to the middle, and then on the other side also to the middle, without separating the pieces. Place the prepared element on a plate and slide the cut pieces with your finger. You will end up with a beautiful leaf or flower.
Cut the orange into thin slices; do not remove the skin. Cut each piece to the middle of the mug and roll up into a cone. Place a grape or berry in the middle, such as blueberries, blueberries, or blackberries.

How to cut fruit for a children’s party

When making fruit slices for a children’s celebration, it is important to show imagination so that it remains in the memory of your child and his guests for a long time.
Come up with a plot. It can be a palm tree, a boat, a flower meadow. To make a palm tree, take: – 2 bananas; – 2-3 kiwi; – black grapes; – mint. Peel the bananas and place them on a plate so that they imitate the trunks of a palm tree. Cut them into pieces. Peel the kiwi, cut them into rings and lay out the palm leaves in 3-4 circles so that they overlap a little. Place a few grapes as if they were coconuts. Make a sun from a circle of orange, and mint leaves will replace the grass.

Children are very fond of fruit kebabs. Using a mold, cut out the same or different pieces of apple, banana, pear.
