The essence of the fruit diet is quite simple – throughout the week, you should eat only fruit. During this time your body will be purged of toxins, increase immunity due to a large number of seasonal vitamins, improve health, and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Eat fruit in unlimited quantities, even at night. Throughout the diet, you should drink enough water – at least 1.5 liters of water a day.

Menu fruit diet is not based on any one fruit or form. Of course, you can stay on low-fat yogurt – strawberry, peach, watermelon, banana, citrus fruit, but then the duration of such a diet should be reduced to 2-3 days.

If you eat only fruit for some reason you can’t add a small number of fermented milk products of low, but not zero fat. It will add to the body proteins and keep the diet will become more comfortable.

You can bake fruit with spices and seasonings, cook fruit salads, smoothies with low-fat yogurt. Also allowed to add a few nuts or seeds rich in protein.
