Foods that are best out of your sight in the morning

The right breakfast is the foundation of your well-being for the whole day. This is a kind of start on which your mood and ability to work fruitfully and make decisions depends. And there are foods that are best left out of breakfast.

Citrus

Citrus fruits are a potential allergen, and even if you do not have a pronounced allergy to these foods, they will significantly “strain” the immune system. Due to their high acid content, citrus fruits can also provoke unpleasant sensations in the stomach, irritating its walls.

Citrus fruits are also low in calories and will not give you the energy you need for the whole day. This does not mean that they should be completely excluded from breakfast – just their share should be very small.

 

Potatoes

Potatoes, in contrast to citrus, on the contrary, contain a lot of calories and are fraught with heaviness in the stomach, symptoms of indigestion and, as a result, a depressed mood. In addition, such a breakfast on an ongoing basis leads to an increase in your weight.

Yogurt

Yogurt is often recommended for breakfast. But if you eat yogurt before or instead of breakfast, then the benefits to the body are zero. First, there are not enough calories to maintain the body until lunchtime. Second, the beneficial bacteria that yogurt contains requires the company of other foods to react. In an empty stomach, gastric juice will quickly digest them, and the beneficial effect of bacteria is nullified.

Wheat flour bread

All baked goods, including sweet baked goods, are a source of glucose, which causes body weight to grow. And the yeast contained in baked goods will cause bloating, gas and pain in the stomach and intestines. Therefore, a bread based sandwich is a poor breakfast option.

Garlic

Few people come up with the idea of ​​eating garlic dishes for breakfast – nevertheless, the unpleasant smell after it persists for a day, or even longer. But even if you don’t have to leave the house and can work outside the office, garlic can cause colic and cramps in the intestines, and this does not contribute to your productivity.
