I have been working in the gym relatively recently – one year. At the same time, I feel that it is mine. I like to give all the best in training, I became more confident in myself. I even wanted to go on stage, so I decided to try myself in a fitness bikini competition. Gradually sport becomes your way of life. And the problems of motivation are solved very easily: for the sake of enthusiastic views and sincere compliments, you can withstand any diets and the toughest schedule, ”says Yulia.

“I’ve been in the gym for four years. However, I have been fond of sports for as long as I can remember: at school it was basketball and sports ballroom dancing, at the university my passion for athletics continued. Every year she took part in the Europe – Asia race. As a student, she began to work out in the gym. My favorite leg exercise is the leg press and all kinds of lunges. I really fell in love with training for back muscles and deltoid muscles. Among the favorites are pull-ups. But whatever you do, the main thing is to give your best 200 percent. “In fitness, I first mastered group classes. First – as a student, later as a coach. Then I came to the gym. For me, health always comes first, and only then aesthetics. Fortunately, in fitness you don’t have to choose between the two. Of course, I’m not an iron lady, sometimes I also want to be lazy, eat sweets. And I allow myself small joys. But I always say to myself: “I don’t want to be a donut in a competition.” It helps.
I adhere to three basic principles. First, strength training should not be detrimental to health. Therefore, I always recommend starting with a coach. He will help you master the correct technique and avoid injury. Please note, even famous bodybuilders always work out under the guidance of a trainer. Secondly, it will be easier to motivate yourself and achieve results if you do not consider classes as a temporary measure. If you want to achieve an ideal body, sports and proper nutrition should become the norm of life, and not an action “you need to lose 5 kg before summer”. Thirdly, if you decide to work, do not feel sorry for yourself, give all your best in training. I am sure: there is no word “I can not”, there is a word “I do not want”. Most importantly, strength training isn’t for everyone. Beauty is different. Someone loves relief muscles, while others find fragile shoulders and thin wrists delightful. “I worked as a yoga and zumba instructor for three years. Six months ago I decided to try myself in the gym. If you want a perfect body, stretching and cardio alone are not enough. In a way, I was lucky: I have a good shape, which I have not lost even after two pregnancies. And I realized: now my legs look perfect!
The best motivation for doing sports is your own health. I’ve never been on a diet. Only correct, balanced nutrition, reasonable loads. It is very important to listen to yourself, because each body is individual. There are no specific recipes, each has its own constitution. And it’s important to remember: you cannot radically change yourself.
