Farmer’s walk — technique exercises:

  1. Farmer’s walk can be performed with a variety of shells: barbells, heavy dumbbells, kettlebells or any other suitable equipment.
  2. Stand between the shells and take them by the arm.
  3. Lift the shells, keeping the back straight, as in the deadlift.
  4. Complete a short, quick steps of 20-30 meters.
