apricot kernel 1.0 (grain glass)

sugar 1.5 (grain glass)
Method of preparation

A dozen egg whites, a glass of ground peanuts, a glass of semolina, and one and a half glasses of granulated sugar, beat until you get tired (preferably with a mixer), into the steepest foam. Bake in a dish, greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina, over medium heat, for 40 minutes.
