With the advent of cold weather, a modern woman does not have to refuse to demonstrate her lovely legs. And why should she do it ?! The winter wardrobe includes leggings, skinny jeans, evening dresses, and even swimwear for a beach vacation.
So instead of following the outdated tradition of hiding your legs in shapeless sweatshirts, use the winter months to keep your lower body on full alert. With slender, pumped legs and a tight ass, you will not only shock everyone with your new leggings, but you will also be fully prepared for the season of seductive cropped skirts, which will begin with the first rays of the spring sun.
I always try to combine leg strength exercises with cardio, this is the perfect combination when working on relief. The strength component helps build muscle, and aerobic exercise explodes energy metabolism and burns calories. Incorporate this complex into your daily routine and wow everyone with the gorgeous shape of your glutes, quads and hamstrings!
In the first superset, do four sets with a 30 second break between exercises. Do all the other supersets in the same way.

Advice of a professional
You can change the order of the exercises. Pick a couple of your favorite moves and mix them up with cardio exercises. As for me, I always include some form of deadlift in my workout. My favorite sport is the sumo deadlift!
