Dumbbell bench press standing — the technique of the exercise:
- Take a dumbbell in each hand and stand straight. Feet shoulder width apart. Position hands as shown in the figure. The elbows should be bent at 90°. This will be your initial position.
- Keeping the grip the dumbbells as shown in the figure perform the dumbbell bench press on yourself. The bench press is performed on the exhale.
- Return to starting position.
