Bench dumbbell sitting — technique exercises:
- Hold the dumbbells in each hand, sit on the bench.
- Lift the dumbbells to the level of the shoulder line.
- Elbows bent, directed laterally, palms facing forward. This will be your initial position.
- On the exhale, lift the dumbbells up.
- Hold the dumbbells in the top position for 1-2 seconds.
- Return the dumbbells to the starting position.
