Bench dumbbell sitting — technique exercises:

  1. Hold the dumbbells in each hand, sit on the bench.
  2. Lift the dumbbells to the level of the shoulder line.
  3. Elbows bent, directed laterally, palms facing forward. This will be your initial position.
  4. On the exhale, lift the dumbbells up.
  5. Hold the dumbbells in the top position for 1-2 seconds.
  6. Return the dumbbells to the starting position.
  7. If you are performing exercises your hands begin to “walk” (deviate from the right path), it is recommended to reduce the kerb weight. You can also try a press of a bar from a sitting position.
