The basis of a delicious pizza is the right dough. It should not be dry and brittle, too bland or tough. The pizza slice should stretch without breaking. At the same time, the taste of the dough should not interrupt the filling.
For a thin dough of real Italian pizza, you will need:
– flour (1,5 cups); – vegetable oil (preferably olive oil – 2 tablespoons); – salt (0,5 tsp.); – butter, margarine or sour cream (3 tablespoons); – water or milk (0,5 cups).

The flour must be sifted and laid out in a slide on the table. Make a depression in the center, pour in water or milk, melted butter, sour cream or margarine, add salt. Knead the dough. The dough should be kneaded for 10-15 minutes. Then put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, covered with a towel or wrapped in plastic wrap. This will make the baked goods taste better. – wheat flour (2 cups); – sugar (1-2 tablespoons); – butter (3 tablespoons); – eggs (3 pcs.); – yeast (10 g); – salt (1 / 2 tsp.); – water or milk (4 tablespoons).
