Did you know that when preparing sauces, chefs have one interesting hack – they never pour out all the water in which the pasta was cooked. This is because they use it in the sauce!

The fact is that when you cook pasta, part of the starch gets into the water, and if you add this water to the sauce, the taste of the pasta will become more accentuated, and it will also give the sauce a consistency that will envelop the pasta and not drip to the bottom of the plate.

It’s that simple, but delicious!
