Mysterious Aquarians are quite indifferent to food: they still remember about breakfast and lunch, but dinner is often neglected. And completely in vain: this sign is simply necessary to have supper, since an empty stomach does not contribute to good sleep.

What is: steamed or steamed vegetables, lean fish or chicken, buckwheat porridge. A small portion of alcohol is permissible, but it is better to save desserts for tomorrow.
