The basic rules and principles of the diet, or rather, the power system, include the following.

  • Be sure to have breakfast. So you start the body’s metabolic processes after a night’s rest. The author of the system strongly recommends that the first morning meal be in the next hour after waking up.
  • Until noon, you can eat absolutely everything: salty, sweet and fat. But all of this should fit into one meal – breakfast. This is the point that tempts. Anything that cannot be consumed at lunchtime or in the evening can be eaten in the morning. There are no bans on any products.
  • But as for the last meal, it is recommended to do it no later than 18 pm. But if you are used to eating much later, shift your evening meal gradually.
  • Salt, unlike many other diets, does not need to be removed from the diet, and it is also not necessary to severely limit its amount on purpose. But do not over-salt the dishes. Remember that everything is good in moderation.
  • You don’t need to count calories. This applies to all meals. The only thing – try to ensure that all three meals are equal in volume and saturation.
