The menu of the cucumber diet is designed so that 1 – 1,5 kilograms of cucumbers are eaten in 2,5-3 doses in 4 day (it is possible for 5 or 6 doses).
Menu for 1 day diet
- Breakfast – a small piece of rye bread, two cucumbers.
