Method of preparation

From the third part of the sugar norm, prepare powdered sugar, heat the rest of the sugar in a pan and, when it melts, stir in finely chopped nuts. Pour the mixture onto a greased flat dish or board. When the crocant hardens, chop it finely. Beat the cream, adding powdered sugar and grated zest. With the cream, stir the gelatin swollen in water and diluted, chopped crocant and apples, grated on a coarse grater.

  • Vitamin E possesses antioxidant properties, is necessary for the functioning of the gonads, heart muscle, is a universal stabilizer of cell membranes. With a deficiency of vitamin E, hemolysis of erythrocytes and neurological disorders are observed.
  • Magnesium participates in energy metabolism, synthesis of proteins, nucleic acids, has a stabilizing effect on membranes, is necessary to maintain homeostasis of calcium, potassium and sodium. Lack of magnesium leads to hypomagnesemia, an increased risk of developing hypertension, heart disease.
