Put 100 ml of honey in a water bath, add 400 ml of water, 100 g of sugar, a pinch of vanilla and bring the mixture to a boil. We introduce a bag of pre-soaked gelatin and boil the mixture for 2 minutes. Peel and seed 2 pears and cut them into slices. Cut into quarters of 150 g of apricots, large grapes and strawberries. The same amount of melon pulp is cut into cubes. For the recipe of natural jelly, any fruit is good. So feel free to add everything that your children love. We spread the filling on the cremans, pour honey syrup and let it freeze. This treat is ideal for children’s parties. To make the jelly color, instead of water or half with water, you can add your favorite juice.

Constantly stirring the mixture, cook it for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat, filter and add the gelatin and juice. Next, according to the recipe, the marmalade from natural juice should be allowed to freeze. It can be poured into elastic cells from under a box of chocolates — so they will get an interesting shape and easily separate. Homemade chewable marmalades will never compare with store-bought ones. Remove it from the stove, cool, pour in the peach puree and beat with a mixer until smooth. According to the recipe, natural ice cream should be put in the freezer for 3-4 hours, and every hour it must be punched with a mixer. Serve with waffles and a sprig of mint.

Natural yogurt is a champion among healthy treats. In the departments of baby food, it can be purchased without difficulty. But natural yogurt at home is much tastier. Bring a liter of milk to a boil, cook it for 5 minutes and cool it to 40 °C. We dissolve 1 package of sourdough (it can be purchased at the pharmacy) in 3-4 tbsp. l. milk and pour it back. If you don’t have a yogurt maker, a thermos will replace it. Fill it with milk and leave it to ferment for 7-8 hours. Ready-made yogurt can be sweetened with honey or jam, add fruit or berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate. In short, fantasize with additives and delight your favorite sweetmeats.

Apple pastille is another interesting recipe for natural sweets. Cleaning up ½ kg of apples, fill them with 2 cups of water and simmer on the fire for 30 minutes, until the fruit is cooked. Cool the mass, add 300 g of sugar and beat it with a blender. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil, pour the applesauce and level it into a layer no thicker than 1 cm. Dry the pastille for 2 days in the oven at a temperature of 50 °C. Periodically, it will need to be removed and cooled. The finished pastille is cut in half, rolled into tubes and cut into rolls. For those who like it sweeter, you can dust them with powdered sugar.
