Losing extra pounds and getting back to sport after pregnancy, nothing complicated! Well, if in fact. It’s complicated when you are an active mother, tired, when you are tempted to buy cakes for your older child and her husband, and when you no longer have any energy to move… So my role will be to help them regain inner strength to eat better and regain a taste for sport. But you see, she’s super motivated, so it’s going to go fast for her!

Abs after pregnancy

This first month, I especially wanted Stéphanie to work on her abdominal strap. With gentle exercises adapted to her condition as a young mother. Note: Stéphanie had finished her perineum rehabilitation at the start of our coaching.

At the end of the first month, Stéphanie had especially rediscovered the desire and the energy to play sports. This start, adapted to her physiology, allowed her to regain self-confidence, in movement, to feel her abs rebuilding … and to lose weight! Slowly but surely. The idea is to find the right sports and eating habits so that she can keep them for life, and stay in shape. That’s why I coach for 1 year!

 

Stop snacking!

For her, clearly, it was the diet that was the most difficult to put back in place. The snacking of pregnancy and those related to fatigue had her… how to say… addicted to sugar!
