But not only. Young people also communicate with their family members and even… their parents! Yes, nothing is more practical than instant messaging to say hello after school or ask Mum or Dad when he plans to come home …
It is also often the practical and inexpensive solution for communicating with distant people : vacation buddies, grandparents, Aunt Jeanne… And when the Webcam is not far away, the children take advantage of it, even if it seems to have more success with the older ones…
