Chicken legs are one of the juiciest parts of the whole carcass and can be used in many recipes. Among them you can find both simple and quite complex, which allows you to choose your own recipe for both everyday meals and festive ones.
For their preparation you need: – 6 chicken legs; – 50 g of honey; – 15 g of soy sauce; – sleeve for baking.
Combine the honey and soy sauce and brush the chicken legs evenly with the resulting sauce. Before placing them in the sleeve, soak the meat for 30 minutes at room temperature, so it is fully saturated with the aroma and taste of honey. Putting the legs in the sleeve, secure it on both sides and put it in the cold oven, then set the temperature to 180 degrees. The legs will be ready in half an hour.
This is the simplest recipe, for the preparation of which you need: – 1 kg of chicken legs; – salt and spices to taste; – vegetable oil for frying.
Take chilled chicken legs, rinse them, salt, add spices and place in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the legs on one side until golden brown, then turn them over to the other side. The entire pan cooking process takes about 20-25 minutes.

For this recipe you need: – 1 kg of chicken legs; – 50 g butter; – a teaspoon of poultry seasoning; – a teaspoon of curry; – salt to taste; – 30 g lemon juice.
Melt butter in a microwave or bain-marie and mix with lemon juice and spices. Grease each piece of chicken with the resulting sauce on all sides and place on a wire rack in the oven. After half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees, the legs will be ready. If you want to change this recipe a little, then you can first fry the legs in a pan, and then put them in a mold and pour cream.
This recipe will surely surprise the guests, although, despite the apparent initial complexity, cooking it is almost more difficult than just frying chicken. It requires: – 6 chicken legs; – salt to taste; – packaging of ready-made puff pastry weighing 400 g; – vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet.
Bring the dough to room temperature, if purchased frozen, roll it into 6 equal-sized squares. In the center of each square, place a pre-salted chicken leg with the thick part down and mold the dough around it to resemble a bag. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees, then put a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil in it, on which place the chicken legs at some distance between them. This is necessary so that when baking, the dough has room to rise. Such delicious legs are baked for an average of half an hour.
